Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your reservation between 15 and 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will not receive a refund.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may require you to cancel your reservation. However, we ask that you kindly notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible so that we may try to rebook the room and offer it to other potential guests.Please note that we are not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by you in the event of a cancellation, including but not limited to, airline tickets, rental cars, or other reservations. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may cause you to cancel your reservation.

By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

1. The prices shown on our website or quoted by our reservation team are per room per night.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:

1. We require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation.
2. Payment for the full amount of your stay, including any additional charges incurred during your stay, will be charged to your credit card at booking
3. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
4. Payment by cash or check is not accepted.
5. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

Traveling with Minors:

1. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. We do not provide extra beds or cots for children.
3. Children aged 12 or younger stay for free when using existing beds in the room.
4. Children aged 13 or older are considered adults and are subject to adult rates.

Accessibility or Special Needs:
